I’ll be honest: I’m lazy. So I’m not a big fan of PP. Ever since I got D300s, most of the photos came out pretty good in terms of white balance, skin tone, sharpness, contrast..etc. I don’t even bother to edit, just resize and upload. But to distinguish oneself from another, most photographers do spend tons of time to retouch their photos and to make it more than a photo. It’s art. I don’t go that road because I think I’ve achieved what I wanted if I got a photo with the right expression. However, I need to be more creative in composition since most of my photos are close-up portrait. Hmmm…

Nikon D300s test video

So my D300s came last weekend. I didn’t have a chance to take it outside yet. I tested the video function on my niece. I don’t really care for the video function to be honest. The D300s is heavier than my old D70, solid built and well balanced. It weights probably 5 lbs with a 17-55mm lens. It will hurt so much if I’d ever drop it. I shall better be extra careful with it. =P
